This is your invitation to step on the path of transformation and healing by exploring the power of your breath and its connection to the body and mind!
We would love to welcome you on our Breathwork and Pranayama Teacher Training Level 1 where you will gain a vast knowledge about the art of breathing from a holistic approach in a small group environment (max 8 people).
You will learn more than 20 breathing techniques and Pranayamas, understand their impact on the nervous system and emotional health, and discover how breathwork can support healing, resilience and inner balance.
Our focus will be on the embodiment of the techniques and providing you with a practical toolbox which you can implement in your every days and also learn the skills how to confidently share it with others.

Who is this training for?
– you are yoga teacher or other wellness professional (e.g. bodyworker, sound therapist, energy healer, massage therapist, health or life coach, school teacher etc) and you wish to expand your knowledge about the breath and also gain confidence in teaching

– you want to understand how the breath links the body and mind and why it is essential for longevity, resilience and holistic health
– you wish to learn about how to facilitate and guide others in a 1:1 or group setting in a safe, supportive and professional way
This training is primarily designed with the intention to guide you through a journey of self-discovery and to open up your mind to new levels of awareness.
It will also provide you with the knowledge about safe facilitation and how can you introduce accessible breathwork practices to various audiences and different levels.

– you will practice and learn about more than 20 types of breathing practices grounded in traditional yogic teachings and supported by modern science
– you will gain deep understanding about functional breathing and how our breath is strongly connected to the nervous system which is the key to holistic health, longevity and healing
– you will explore polyvagal theory, the role of the vagus nerve and how the breath interacts with trauma held in the body
– you will learn how breathing practices can support mental focus and clarity, emotional balance, sleep quality, digestion, performance, energy levels and overall well-being and how they can reduce stress and anxiety
– you will gain insights about the importance of a somatic approach in modern neuroscience and psychology and how the breath can be an amazing healng tool when it comes to self-regulation
– we will use breathwork to move out from the mind into the body and yoga as a form of movement to awaken our energy
– you will explore the connection between breathing, mindfulness and meditation
– you will practice holding space in a supportive way for others in a 1:1 and group setting and gain confidence by practicing teaching from day one

Trauma Informed Facilitation
Breathwork is gaining popularity, however we do believe that not one-size-fits-all. Your role as a facilitator is to create an inclusive, sacred space for people with various histories and backgrounds, therefore learning about trauma informed facilitation is essential in order to hold a supportive space for others.
Practical and Accessible Tools
You will learn about over 20 types of breathing techniques in a clear, systematized, and practical sequence. Through daily practice, teaching exercises, and feedback, you will develop the confidence to introduce breathwork to different groups and levels.
Teaching with Integrity
Embodying the teachings for yourself first is the key in order to guide others and to be lead by example. To support your integration, you’ll receive six online follow-up sessions after the in-person module, helping you refine your practice, strengthen your teaching skills, and stay connected to the community.

Nestled in the heart of Mallorca, near the town of Inca, our retreat location is a traditional Mallorcan finca surrounded by peaceful nature and panoramic views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains.
This tranquil setting offers the perfect environment to step away from city noise and busy tourist areas, allowing you to fully disconnect, breathe deeply, and settle into stillness.
In the surrounding areas there are many charming small villages and easy hiking routes close by with stunning views.
It’s a place to relax, unwind and to dive deeper into your rich inner world in harmony with nature. This is an animal-friendly estate, so you can encounter a horse, chickens, a dog and cats on the land and in the surroundings.



About the Food
There will be delicious, colorful, and healthy plant-based meals provided – using fresh and local ingredients as much as possible.
The retreat menu is usually gluten, lactose and sugar-free plus low in salt, therefore it supports your body’s natural detoxification process.
To keep our mind and body clear all the time, no coffee or alcohol will be served. We will also apply a slight digital detox (limited usage of the phones). On this way we hope we will maximise your mindful moments meanwhile you will spend some quality time in nature in the company of like-minded people.

Lilla and Peter are a yoga teacher couple on the mission to create a more loving and mindful world through their transformational experiences. They represent a holistic approach that helps individuals understand the deep connection between soul, body and mind, and integrate both scientific and spiritual teachings into daily life.
Since completing their teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2018, yoga has become their spiritual, mental and physical guidance toward a more conscious and healthy lifestyle. Over the past seven years, they have shared their approach through more than 3,000 hours of teaching in the form of regular group and private classes, workshops, festivals, retreats and mentoring sessions on the island of Mallorca and online.
From the very beginning of their yoga journey, they recognized the profound importance of the breath and its essential role in holistic health and longevity. Their curiosity and dedication led them to study the art of breathing in greater depth over the years, learning from a variety of teachers and traditions.
Peter also supports clients as a Certified Breath Coach, while Lilla brings her background as a Holistic Psychologist, Meditation Teacher and Transformational Mentor—creating a unique blend of tools that help people grow from the inside out.
