This is your invitation to step on the path of transformation and healing by exploring the power of your breath and its connection to the nervous system, body, mind and longevity!
We would love to welcome you on our Breathwork and Pranayama Teacher Training Level 1 where you will gain a vast knowledge about the art of breathing from a holistic approach in a small group environment (max 8 people).
You will learn more than 20 breathing techniques and Pranayamas, understand their impact on the nervous system and emotional health, and discover how breathwork can support healing, resilience and inner balance.
Our focus will be on the foundations of functional breathing, the embodiment of the techniques and providing you with a practical toolbox which you can implement in your every days and also learn the skills how to confidently share it with others.



Are you ready to be the alchemist and explore the profound impact of your breath on your state of mind and overall health? This training is opened for everybody who is willing to dive deeper into this topic.
Who is this training for?
– you are yoga teacher or other wellness professional (e.g. bodyworker, sound therapist, energy healer, massage therapist, health or life coach, school teacher etc) and you wish to expand your knowledge about the breath and also gain confidence in teaching
– you are seeking personal and professional development and practical tools which can support your own and your client’s well-being
– you want to understand how the breath links the body and mind and why it is essential for longevity, resilience and holistic health
– you wish to learn about how to facilitate and guide others in a 1:1 or group setting in a supportive and professional way (online and in person too)
This training is primarily designed with the intention to guide you through a journey of self-discovery and to open up your mind to new levels of awareness.
It will also provide you with the knowledge about supportive facilitation and how can you introduce accessible breathwork practices to various audiences and different levels.

During this training:
– you will practice and learn about more than 20 types of breathing practices grounded in traditional yogic teachings and supported by modern science
– you will gain deep understanding about functional breathing and how our breath is strongly connected to the nervous system which is the key to holistic health, longevity and healing
– you will explore polyvagal theory, the role of the vagus nerve and how the breath interacts with trauma held in the body
– you will learn how breathing practices can support mental focus and clarity, emotional balance, sleep quality, digestion, performance, energy levels and overall well-being and how they can reduce stress and anxiety
– you will gain insights about the importance of a somatic approach in modern neuroscience and psychology and how the breath can be an amazing healing tool when it comes to self-regulation
– we will use breathwork to move out from the mind into the body and yoga as a form of movement to awaken our energy
– you will explore the connection between breathing, mindfulness and meditation
– you will practice holding space in a supportive way for others in a 1:1 and group setting and gain confidence by practicing teaching from day one
