It’s time to ignite your fire and learn how you can stregthen your immune system with cold water therapy!
We would love to welcome you on our “Awaken Your Inner Fire” day retreat to spend some time together in nature on the countryside of Mallorca in a traditional finca close to Biniamar.
We invite you to connect with your vital force (Prana) and your breath through ancient practices. That will prepare your body to get into cold water with ease. Understanding your nervous system deeper will play a key role in the process and besides of changing your body’s physiology with the help of your breath, you will be also mentally prepared.

I reached parts I didn’t know existed and I can’t thank you enough, it was really special!
Since a few month I am practicing Yoga with Lilla and Peter and I am very happy with their professional approach and their personal openness. For that reason I booked a space for my first Yoga and Mediation Retreat.
For me it can be described as peace, useful information, physical and mental practice and breathwork. I’ve never done that before nor would I have tried it on my own. But under the supervision of Lilla and Peter I felt safe and could let myself fall into a different mental status.
We would go through a practice and afterwards share our experience about it, although nobody had to talk. One could also just sit there and enjoy in silence, so the program in my opinion fits for all types of personalities. After this beautiful retreat I felt very content.
A few days later I had to make a difficult decision that I took decisively and with inner peace.
