Through the Inner Compass Day retreat you’ll be guided into states where the subconscious becomes more accessible and inner signals can be felt rather than analyzed. This is not about searching for answers outside of yourself, but about learning how to listen more clearly to what is already present. During this retreat:

– you will explore how intuition speaks through bodily sensation, imagery, and felt sense

– you will gently release emotional or physical tension, move into deep rest and create space for clarity and ease

– you will access a deeper inner state and your subconscious mind with the help of breathwork, yoga nidra, intuitive games and tarot cards

– you will learn about the 7 intuitive languages and uncover your personal superpower

– you will explore how to recognize intuitive signals beyond fear or mental narratives

– you will deepen your presence through grounding practices

– we will share meaningful moments with like-minded souls and enjoy a day of connection, slowness, and nourishment

Since a few month I am practicing Yoga with Lilla and Peter and I am very happy with their professional approach and their personal openness. For that reason I booked a space for my first Yoga and Mediation Retreat.

For me it can be described as peace, useful information, physical and mental practice and breathwork. I’ve never done that before nor would I have tried it on my own. But under the supervision of Lilla and Peter I felt safe and could let myself fall into a different mental status.

We would go through a practice and afterwards share our experience about it, although nobody had to talk. One could also just sit there and enjoy in silence, so the program in my opinion fits for all types of personalities. After this beautiful retreat I felt very content.

A few days later I had to make a difficult decision that I took decisively and with inner peace.
