Welcome at Our Yoga Mind!

Welcome in our world, at Our Yoga Mind! We are really happy to have you here on our blog, where you will find posts about health and wellness topics, news about our events and classes, some thoughts and experiences from our yogi life and of course, our favourite vegetarian recipes and food tips.

Yoga affects the majority of our days and we would love to share that journey with you. Since we think about yoga as a lifestyle, our daily acts, thoughts and observations are all related to the philosophy which stands behind. Asana practice is amazing for sure, but we also love to talk about pranayama, meditation, yamas and niyamas (internal and external ethics) – just to mention some of the other limbs of yoga. And when the eastern philosophies are getting in conflict with our western world, a holistic approach always helps us to stay balanced. 

Our physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing is such a complex topic, so we will do our best to share all of our experiences and aspects (as a psychologist and as a yogi).

We will keep you updated about our newest events and classes – online, or here, in Mallorca. We constantly work on it to offer you a great selection of mindful yoga experiences, so hopefully our blog posts will help you keep updated and get a bit more insight into our work.  

Cooking and nutritious food is a really important part of our life, so we will also share with you our favourite vegetarian recipes.
